At akta MTB, we stand by the quality of our gear and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unridden, tagged apparel and accessories. If your kit doesn't fit or perform as expected, we are committed to getting you back on the trails with the right equipment.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags remain attached to the gear.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange items within 3-5 business days.
